I would tell them I feel safe when I walk outside, that apartments are nice, but I think the rent is a little pricey, I pay extra to be on the first floor. I'm satisfied with my amenities, and the staff in the leasing office is very nice, but the walls are thin, I feel like I have elephants living above me. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other people.

I love my apartment, but people are really loud going up and down the stairs and slamming doors, so try not to get an apartment by a stairwell. A lot of people do not clean up behind their dogs, outside and sometimes inside like the elevator for example. The hallways have a lot of stains on the floor and paint chipped on the walls. Maintenence is great everything I have put in has been resolved in like 24 hours. I like the fact that I could paint in my apartment. Appliances look nice, but I didn't too much care for the dishwasher, it always left residue no matter what I did. It is very nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. This community has a lot of great things going on, but I am just a very picky person. I'm sure almost everyone loves to call this place home, just moving from a bigger city and paying this price is not worth it to me.

It is a good place to live. Staff is friendly and allows personalization of individual apartments. Units are quiet, contemporary, and well designed. Great value, and overall great place to call home.

The maintenance staff are always polite and helpful. They always seem to know exactly how to solve problems and do their best to make sure the problem doesn't happen again. The genuinely care about the people who live there and take pride in keeping the buildings and grounds looking there best.

I love these apartments. Everything is new and clean. The staff is friendly and will do anything to help you out!

We really like living in this community. Pavilion at Twin Creek is a nice place to live. The buildings are very nice and always well maintained. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always helpful and always professional. It has been a wonderful place to live.

I like my apartment and the amenities offered to me. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. It's a quiet community despite the ability to own pets. People are friendly overall and the area is well maintained overall. I would say that I do not like the parking area around my apartment...that I have great difficulty finding a place to park and that this worries me for the winter months. I have also had some maintenence issues I have had to resolve in the first month that I don't think I should have had to worry about. Overall I would recommend PTC to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the area, and especially to someone looking for a comfortable environment to keep their pet.

I would definately recommend PTC apartments to my friends and coworkers. The staff are knowledgeable, caring, and have a genuine caring attitude towards residents. Maintenance team is always on site to take care of any problems that may arise. Two of my only problems would be, some of the individuals that live above me, do not seem to know what "apartment living" is like. They are under a delusion and seem to think that they live in a house. They dont understand that there is going to be a small bit of noise that comes with living in an apartment, nor do they understand the concept of "be nice" Second, is while I LOVE that PTC allows large breed dogs (I have a medium sized dog) I am frusterated about the lack of respect some of the tennants have regarding picking up after their pet. I understand its cold outside, but seriously! Come on people .. dont abuse our landlords generosity ya know? One person can ruin it for everyone ... Other then those two complaints (minor really ... ) I LOVE living here. The people (residents and landlords reps) are all nice and respectful. The homes are clean and the outsides well maintained for clean look. The apartment layout is well thought out .. except the washers ... I have select times I run mine because its kind of loud. If you put a curtain or makeshift door in front .. works great! The apartments are very conveniently located. Very close to most things in Bellevue, and I really like the surrounding area. Overall, I really liked these apartments.

It's certainly better than the apartment experiences I've had in the past. The apartments are very nice, and maintenance is wonderful--they've done a great job of fixing little problems we've had. It's mostly quiet--more quiet than I thought living in an apartment would be. The gym is a really nice feature. We really like the location and feel at home here. The things we would change include: adding more garbage dumpsters (or emptying them more frequently). They get overfilled and it's unsightly. Also, the hallway maintenance seems to get neglected. There are walls that need painting and doors that need painting, and those problems tend to last a long time before getting fixed.

I didn't even hesitate to move here when I saw it. The office staff is wonderful and I am in LOVE with my 1 bedroom. However, I just wish the hallways were cleaner. My entryway looks a little rough - nothing compared to when I first saw the place. My neighbors are friendly and add that sense of security even without secure entry and the community over-all is wonderful. Can't wait until summer and the pool!

I have enjoyed living in your appartments. If I was staying in the area, I would definately continue to live here. I will recommend my friends moving here to rent from you.

I think the management (Kim, office personnel) and people that maintain and clean the apartment complex do an outstanding job. I have noticed a recent improvement (last two months) with the cleanliness of the elevators and walkways. Its not feasible to ask that cleaning personnel clean everyday but due to resident irresponsibility with their pets (urinating, deficating around building, inside and outside) its seems required to maintain presentable areas all the time. As the winter weather has arrived so has peoples lack of picking up after their pets. Only improvement I wish to see in the apartment complex is enforcement of their pet policies, to include picking up after pets (both inside and outside building) and pet size/weight limit. Everyone can't be policed which makes it difficult but this is the only non appealing element at Pavillion.

We are enjoying our apartment very much.
